Ordinance amending the Planning Code to address various revisions to Production, Distribution, and
Repair Zoning (PDR), integrated PDR, and small enterprise workplace zoning controls to facilitate the
establishment of such uses; amending the Administrative Code to delete requirements concerning
reporting on integrated PDR; affirming the Planning Department’s California Environmental Quality Act
determination; and making Planning Code, Section 302, findings, and findings of consistency with the
General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
