Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to require the Planning Department to ask, and project
sponsors to answer, on the application for specified residential and mixed-use projects, informational
questions regarding their anti-discriminatory housing policies based on sexual orientation and gender
identity; and to require an annual report from the Human Rights Commission on the data collected
from such applications; and affirming the Planning Department’s California Environmental Quality Act
determination.
