Clinic, Inc.; 2) the issuance of Commercial Paper (CP) Notes in an aggregate principal amount not to
exceed $2,975,000; 3) the subsequent jurisdictional transfer of the Property to the Recreation and
Park Department upon repayment of the CP Notes; and 4) finding the proposed transaction in
conformance with the City’s General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section
101.1.
