Rapid Network Improvement Projects, Pedestrian Safety Improvement Projects, and the Caltrain
Communications Based Overlay Signal System Positive Train Control System; adopting findings
under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), CEQA Guidelines, and Administrative Code,
Chapter 31; and placing these funds on Controller’s Reserve pending the sale of the bonds.
