system in six of the previously ordered 61 buses from parallel propulsion to series propulsion; and to
exercise Option No. 1 of the contract to purchase an additional 48 standard and 50 articulated low
floor diesel hybrid buses, for an additional amount of $99,382,133 and a total contract amount not to
exceed $167,639,669 to commence following Board approval.
