Management Services with Hatch Mott MacDonald, to continue providing construction management
services for the final construction and close-out of the tunnel, increasing the agreement by $1,000,000
for a total agreement amount not to exceed $20,500,000 and with a time extension of three months,
for a total agreement duration of seven years and three months from August 1, 2009, through October
31, 2016, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118.
