Resolution approving and authorizing the conveyance of one permanent easement to the City of
Modesto, for $35,000 to be paid by JWG McHenry, LLC, a California limited liability company, to allow
JWG McHenry, LLC, to widen a portion of McHenry Avenue, including installing street, curb, gutter,
driveway, and sidewalk improvements within an approximately 3,627 square foot portion of property
owned by the City under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, identified as
SFPUC Parcel 656; adopting findings that the conveyance is consistent with the General Plan, and
the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1; adopting findings under the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), CEQA Guidelines, and Administrative Code, Chapter 31; adopting
findings under Administrative Code, Section 23.3, that offering the easement for sale through
competitive bidding would be impractical; and authorizing the Director of Property and/or the SFPUC
General Manager to execute documents, make certain modifications, and take certain actions in
furtherance of this Resolution.
