regulations, revise passenger conduct violations to make consistent with recent state law changes,
and authorize the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency to establish separate fine amounts
for fare evasion and passenger conduct violations committed by youth; and affirming the Planning
Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.
