(SFPUC) to execute a professional services agreement with Black & Veatch Corporation for
specialized design services for design support to mitigate ground, wire, and structure clearance
issues with Hetch Hetchy Water and Power high voltage power lines in accordance with the SFPUC’s
mitigation program, for an amount not to exceed $12,000,000 over a term of ten years to commence
following Board approval through April 2027.
