Resolution urging the California State Legislature to support and pass Assembly Bill 915, introduced
by Assemblymember Phil Ting, which would add Section 65915.4 to the California Government Code,
and provide that if a city, county, or city and county has adopted an inclusionary housing ordinance
then the city, county, or city and county shall apply that ordinance to the total number of housing units,
including additional units granted under a density bonus.
