paint-only modifications to existing travel lanes to create a new bicycle lane on Jerrold Avenue,
include installation of new high visibility crosswalks on Marin Street and Bayshore Boulevard, and
Jerrold Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard, as well as the removal of ten parking spaces and two
