No. 002), subject to several conditions, including the reimbursement of certain SFPUC costs; finding
that the Agreement is a conditional land acquisition agreement under California Environmental Quality
Act Guidelines, Section 15004(b)(2)(A), and City’s discretionary approval after the completion of
environmental review.
