Small Family Child Care Home on the ground floor on certain commercial streets; excluding certain
Child Care units from the calculation of maximum density permitted on the site; and making
environmental findings, findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of
Planning Code, Section 101.1, and findings of public necessity, convenience, and welfare under
Planning Code, Section 302.
