Entertainment LLC, for the production of the annual Outside Lands Music Festival to extend the term
ten additional years until 2031, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118, and to modify provisions of the
Permit related to the permit fee and rent payments and outreach and similar matters; affirming a
categorical exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act for the amendment; and ratifying
prior actions, as defined herein.
