Hyde Street for a term to commence upon full execution of the lease through December 31, 2025, for
an annual base rent of $12,000 plus percentage rent of net income and a $1,465,000 allowance for
tenant improvements; adopting California Environmental Quality Act findings; and making findings that
the proposed transaction is in conformance with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of
Planning Code, Section 101.1.
