Francisco in exchange for payment of $3.61 per month to SFPUC for each enrolled customer, for a
term of four years to commence upon Board approval and anticipated revenue of $1,000,000 or more
to SFPUC, subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors under Charter, Section 9.118(a).
