Resolution authorizing the Airport Commission to accept and expend a grant for the Voluntary Airport
Low Emissions Program under the Airport Improvement Program in the amount of $6,750,000 and
any additional amounts up to 15% of the original grant, that may be offered from the Federal Aviation
Administration for the purchase and installation of electrical ground service equipment infrastructure
and charging stations for the period of September 1, 2019, through March 31, 2021; and affirming the
Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.
