California State Department of Public Health to implement the Health Brain Initiative: State and Local
Public Health Partnerships to Address Dementia, the 2018-2023 Road Map and establish a pilot
program in up to eight counties to develop local initiatives to raise awareness on Alzheimer’s Disease
and other dementias.
