California Welfare Information Network (CalWIN) Consortium and approving the Maintenance and
Operations Agreement amendment with DXC Technology Services, LLC, and the Welfare Client Data
System Consortium Counties for the City’s share of the oversight of the DXC Technology contract for
CalWIN; and authorizing the Executive Director of the Human Services Agency to expand the
expenditure authority from $82,571,463 to an additional amount of $5,716,385 for the period from
February 1, 2020, through January 31, 2023, for a total project budget of $88,287,848 for the period of
July 1, 1999, through January 31, 2023.
