Resolution approving and authorizing the Director of Property, on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of
Housing and Community Development, to acquire real property located at 1515 South Van Ness
Avenue from LMC San Francisco I Holdings LLC, for purchase at $19,000,000 inclusive of a deposit
in the amount of $500,000; placing the property under the jurisdiction of the Mayor’s Office of Housing
and Community Development for use in constructing affordable housing for San Franciscans;
adopting findings that the conveyance is consistent with the General Plan, and the eight priority
policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1; authorizing the Director of Property to execute documents,
make certain modifications and take certain actions in furtherance of the purchase agreement and this
Resolution, as defined herein; assuming a lease and certain service contracts; and affirming the
Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.
