Charter Amendment (First Draft) to amend the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco to
provide retiree health care benefits to employees of the Housing Authority of the City and County of
San Francisco (“Housing Authority”) who started working for the City and County of San Francisco on
or after March 7, 2019, and before March 1, 2021, without a break in service between employment
with the Housing Authority and employment with the City and County of San Francisco; and affirming
the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; at an
election to be held on March 3, 2020.
