expend a grant in the amount of $300,000 from the California Department of Housing and Community
Development to provide funding to support the growth, expansion, or creation of a Westside based
nonprofit community organization dedicated to preserving and expanding affordable housing, as well
as supporting small businesses and nonprofit organizations on the west side of San Francisco
(Districts 1, 4, and 7) for the period to commence upon Department of Housing and Community
Development approval through June 30, 2022.
