Resolution authorizing the Treasure Island Development Authority (“Authority”), on behalf of the City
and County of San Francisco, to execute a grant application under the Department of Housing and
Community Development Infill Infrastructure Program (“IIG Program”) as a sole applicant or joint
applicant with the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and/or the San Francisco Public
Utilities Commission for qualifying infrastructure projects within Treasure Island Major Subphase 1;
and, if successful, authorizing the City to assume any joint and several liability for completion of the
projects required under the terms of any grant awarded under the IIG Program.
