execute the first amendment to Agreement No. CS-344 Power Scheduling Coordination and Related
Support Services, with APX, Inc. to amend the not to exceed amount from $105,000,000 to
$107,900,000 and authorizing the General Manager of the Public Utilities Commission to execute a
second amendment providing a two-year extension to the contract term, for a total term of seven
years, from June 16, 2015, through June 15, 2022, and increasing the not to exceed amount by
$42,000,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $149,900,000 pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118.
