pass and enact subsequent interim emergency coronavirus relief stimulus packages in addition to the
Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) with at least $500 billion more in

women, people of color, veteran-owned businesses, and nonprofits, bolstering community-based
lenders and smaller financial institutions; and supporting the San Francisco Small Business
Commission’s recommendations.
