an in-kind gift for Diversity Equity Inclusion consultant services in a value not to exceed $99,999 from
Tipping Point Community to support the first phase of the development of racial equity action plans for
HSH and Homelessness Response System (“Project”); and authorizing HSH to accept an additional in
-kind gift of consultant services in a value not to exceed $150,000 for a second phase of this Project,
for a total value not to exceed $249,999 and for the total term to commence upon Board approval and
to expire no later than June 30, 2021.
