which established cash revolving accounts for the City and County of San Francisco Departments, by
amending Section 10.157 to increase the total amount in the Department of Human Services Cash
Revolving Account; and by deleting Sections 10.157-1 and 10.157.2 to consolidate the Aid to Families
with Dependent Children (AFDC) and General Assistance (GA) accounts into one Department of
Human Services Cash Revolving Account.
