Resolution authorizing retroactively the San Francisco Public Library to accept and expend $13,215 to
be awarded by the California State Library, FY00/01 Public Library Staff Education Program as part of
the Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). Funds will be used to reimburse tuition
expenses of library employees pursuing a degree or certificate in Library Science at an institution of
higher education. Employees participating in the program applied to, and were selected by the
California State Library.
