610 to substantially increase the penalties for violation of regulations governing general advertising
signs; amending Article XIII of the San Francisco Administrative Code to add Section 10.100-166 to
establish a Planning Code Enforcement Fund and authorize the administrative penalties and fees
collected pursuant to Section 610 and penalties and fees recovered by the City Attorney in a sign
abatement action to be used to fund sign regulation enforcement activities.
