all available resources and funds to augment and expedite existing relief efforts to the people of El
Salvador; and further expressing condolences to the family members of those who have passed away
in El Salvador as well as sympathy and a speedy recovery to those have been injured by the
earthquake; and sympathy to those living in the San Francisco Bay Area who have relatives in El
Salvador that have been impacted by the earthquake.
