NC-3 (Moderate-Scale Neighborhood Commercial District) and the 17th Street and Rhode Island
Grocery Store Special Use Subdistrict and a companion ordinance to amend the Planning Code by
adding Section 781.10 to create the 17th and Rhode Island Grocery Store Special Use Subdistrict.
