containing up to 120 dwelling units, a garage with up to 157 parking spaces and outdoor recreation
facilities within an RC-4 (Residential-Commercial Combined, High Density) District and an 84-E
Height and Bulk District, located at 8 Washington Street (aka 370 Drumm Street), northeast corner of
Washington and Drumm Streets; Assessor’s Block 0201, Lot 012; Block 0171, Lot 069; and Block
0168, Lot 058.
