Ordinance amending Article 3 of the San Francisco Traffic Code by adding Section 51 to require the
Department of Parking and Traffic to (1) replace all existing parking and traffic control signs defaced
by graffiti with new signs treated with graffiti-resistant sheeting, and (2) install only new parking and
traffic control signs treated with graffiti-resistant sheeting.
