Title:
Charter Amendment (Second Draft) to amend Sections 8A.102, 8A.106, and 8A.107, to provide that:
the Municipal Transportation Agency's budget shall be subject to the City's normal budget process;
the Municipal Transportation Agency shall be subject to regulation by the Board of Supervisors; the
Municipal Transportation Agency must comply with voter-approved ordinances; and, the Controller,
rather than the Agency, shall administer the biennial municipal transportation quality review survey
and study.
