retroactively and expend five grants in the total amount of $11,320 from the California Department of
Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the seed, nursery, and sudden oak death programs ($2,608) and the
petroleum products program ($6,900); and from the California Department of Pesticide Regulation
(CDPR) for the pesticide use reporting ($1,812) program, and to enter into agreements for the use of
these funds; for the period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.
