Resolution authorizing the exercise of an option to purchase (the “Purchase Option”), between the
City and County of San Francisco (the “City”), as buyer, and the One South Associates, LLC. (the
"Seller"), as seller (including certain indemnities contained therein), for the purchase of real property
and improvements thereon consisting of an eight-story office building located at One South Van Ness
Avenue, San Francisco (collectively, the “Property”); authorizing the execution, delivery and
performance of a purchase and sale agreement for the Property; authorizing the assumption of certain
leases and contracts per the terms of the purchase and sale agreement; adopting findings under the
California Environmental Quality Act and findings pursuant to the City Planning Code Section 101.1;
and ratifying previous actions taken in connection therewith.
