Francisco and the Petrocchi Family Trust and Bravo 5 Trust (the “Trust”) pertaining to property
located at Chestnut Avenue and El Camino Real in the City of South San Francisco; adopting findings
that the transaction is categorically exempt from environmental review and is consistent with the City’s
General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of City Planning Code Section 101.1; and authorizing the
Director of Property and/or the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission
(“SFPUC”) to execute documents, make certain modifications and take certain actions in furtherance
of this Resolution.
