amount of City and County of San Francisco Taxable General Obligation Bonds (Seismic Safety Loan
Program, 1992), Series 2006A; approving the form of a credit agreement pursuant to which such
bonds will be issued and sold; prescribing the form and terms of said bonds; authorizing the
execution, authentication and registration of said bonds; providing for the establishment of accounts
related thereto; approving modifications to documents; ratifying certain actions previously taken; and
granting general authority to City officials to take necessary actions in connection with the
authorization, issuance, sale and delivery of said bonds.
