approved by a joint meeting of AAB members, to improve hearing calendar management by providing
that an Applicant will have thirty (30) days (instead of the current sixty (60) days) to file a request for
reconsideration whenever the AAB has denied an application due to the Applicant's failure to appear
at the scheduled hearing.
