108, 3.1-193, 3.1-251, 3.1-253, and 3.1-457, all to update the list of designated employees who must
file financial disclosure statements, to modify the applicable disclosure categories, and to clarify that
consultants for each City agency must file financial disclosures in disclosure category 1 unless the
agency’s director has indicated otherwise.
