the time for the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency's receipt of tax increment and to suspend both
the limit on the total indebtedness outstanding at any one time and the limit on the total number of
dollars of tax increment revenue that may be received by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
under the Plan in order to continue financing Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund activities
under the Plan.
