Ordinance adding Article 20A to the Traffic Code prohibiting the misuse of parking placards and
special license plates issued to disabled persons and disabled veterans; establishing penalties for
violations; adopting administrative fee for cancelled disabled parking citations; amending Traffic Code
sections 12, 38F, 130 and 132 to update statutory references and parking citation fine amounts
consistent with state law; authorizing review panel to review eligibility for disabled parking privileges;
and repealing Traffic Code sections 38K and 202B.
