Code and Zoning Maps, amendments to the San Francisco General Plan, adoption of Urban Design
Guidelines, and amendments to the Western Addition A-2 Redevelopment Plan. The Plan area is
generally located to the West of the City's Downtown area and includes portions of Civic Center,
Hayes Valley, Western Addition, South of Market, Inner Mission, the Castro, Duboce Triangle, Eureka
Valley, and Upper Market Neighborhoods of San Francisco. (Appellants: Martin Hamilton on behalf of
New College of California, F. Joseph Butler on behalf of the San Francisco Preservation Consortium
and Mary Miles representing the Coalition for Adequate Review.)
