Wastewater Capacity Charge adopted by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission on March 22,
2005 (Resolution No. 05-0045), as it pertains to owners and developers whose application for an on-
site permit was on file prior to the date of implementation of the revised wastewater capacity charge.
Hearing participants shall include: SFPUC, Department of Building Inspection, SF Redevelopment
Agency, Mayor's Office of Community Development, among others.
