Ordinance appropriating $8,890,628 of additional Proposition 1B State Funds for street resurfacing
projects in the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 2007-2008. The department will use the
accelerated appropriations of bond funds from the state to fund projects for which design money has
already been appropriated and were included in the City’s FY 2008-09 capital program.
