Title:
Ordinance amending Section 184.12 of the San Francisco Public Works Code to provide that priority
in allocation of space in fixed pedestal newsracks shall be given to publications that were historically
distributed from freestanding newsracks at the locations of the fixed pedestal newsracks and that are
published one or more times per week.
