Ordinance approving agreements necessary for the development of the City Combustion Turbine
Projects to be located at North Access Road and Clearwater Drive, San Francisco International
Airport, and at Property Adjacent to the MTA Metro East Facility at 25th and Maryland Streets in
San Francisco including a turbine upgrade agreement and electric and gas interconnection
agreements and granting specified exceptions to the Administrative Code, and making environmental
findings and findings of consistency with the General Plan and the Priority Policies of Planning
Code Section. 101.1.
