exceptions for heights within the Hunters View Special Use District and the 40/65-X Height and Bulk
District, allowing residential buildings with conditional use authorization pursuant to Planning Code
Sections 303 and 304 to have a maximum height of 65 feet; adopting environmental findings, Section
302 findings, and findings of consistency with the General Plan and the Priority Policies of Planning
Code Section 101.1.
