Francisco and third parties for use of city property, and to explore best practices for tracking permits,
payments, negotiations and other pertinent details. This would include not only covering the
responsibilities of the Department of Real Estate, but also the actions of Enterprise Departments who
enter into such agreements independently of the City, and the subsequent centralized reporting
requirements of the Enterprise Departments.
