Ordinance appropriating $11,756,665 of FY 2008-09 Proposition 42 State Funds and $1,265,627 of
additional FY 2007-08 Proposition 1B State Funds for road maintenance and resurfacing projects in
the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 2008-2009. The department will use the bond funds
from the State to implement Bureau of Street and Sewer Repair road maintenance and resurfacing
projects at various locations.
